Ryōtarō Okiayu (置鮎 龍太郎 Okiayu Ryōtarō, born November 17, 1969) is a Japanese voice actor who works for Aoni Production and has provided voices for dozens and dozens of characters in anime, video games and dubs, including Meisuke "Nūbē" Nueno in Jigoku Sensei Nūbē anime, Yū Matsuura in Marmalade Boy, Czar Baldy Baldy the III in Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo, Andrew Waltfeld in Gundam SEED, Byakuya Kuchiki in Bleach, the eponymous hero of Toriko, Fergus, Rheneas and multiple humans in Thomas & Friends, Kaku and Kizaru in One Piece, Tiger's Eye & Achiral in Sailor Moon, Treize Khushrenada in Mobile Suit Gundam Wing, Kokushibo in Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, Hisashi Mitsui in Slam Dunk, Alucard in the Castlevania video games, Lee Chaolan in the Tekken video games, Zero in the Mega Man X video games, McCrane from Brave Police J-Decker, and Leon from Brave of Gold Goldran.

In terms of Japanese dubbing, he voiced Stereotypical Ken in the 2023 live-action Barbie movie and Mister Paradox in Deadpool & Wolverine.
