- Fire Chief is an Autobot from the Operation Combination portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.
Fire Chief (ファイヤーチーフ Faiyā Chīfu) is the leader of the Guard City team, the main force in the war against the invading Decepticon forces led by Scrash.

- Released in the Operation Combination portion of the original Takara Fight! Super Robot Lifeform Transformers toyline, Fire Chief is a redeco of the original Hot Spot, transforming into a Mitsubishi Fuso Great fire engine with extendable ladder. The figure can also form a weird "repair bay" kind of thing. Since Fire Chief uses the Scramble City style of combination, they can form the torso of any combination of compatible limb-robots.
- Fire Chief was only available as a part of the complete Guard City box set, along with Fly-Up, Safety, Sparkride, and Streetstar. As one of the very last releases of the Japanese Transformers line, at a time when pretty much everyone had stopped buying Transformers, even a loose set of the team can demand prices over a thousand dollars.
