C.L. (G1)

C.L. is an Autobot C.O.M.B.A.T. Bot from the Earth Wars portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.

Always dedicated to his friends and the cause, C.L. doesn't hold back in using his ballistic mode to prove anything can be done.

Transformers: Earth Wars

C.L. joined Cliffjumper's expedition to 1984 in an attempt to retrieve the lost Optimus Prime. The Dark Age They soon learned, however, that the Autobot Elders were trapped by the Time Vortex. Things Fall Apart The team opted to set their transponder in hopes that Optimus would find his way to them, Fatal Attractions only for a Decepticon strike team to attack The Big Broadcast followed up by the young and also time-lost Orion Pax to show up instead. Back in the present, C.L. remarked that no one wanted another Time Wars. Holding Pattern Vector Prime arrived to save C.L. and Cliffjumper from the Terrorcons. In a slow-time bubble, C.L. learned that Nova Prime had caused the Time Vortex currently troubling everyone. Mayhem: Enemy of My Enemy

Notes

• Despite their shared role in the story, C.L. can only be equipped to Medic class characters in Earth Wars and not to the Warrior class Cliffjumper.
