The Decepticons' Great Counterattack!
The last of the Godmaster now enters on the stage!

Synopsis
Overlord fires A.O. Laser Cannon from the top of Qomolangma to attack places worldwide, including United States, United Kingdom, Soviet Union, and Japan. Overlord says they will build their new home in United States. Wilder suggests taking the land of Soviet Union as their yard. Bullhorn thinks United Kindom could be their villa. While Cancer claims for Japan.
God Ginrai arrives the top of Qomolangma to stop the Decepticons. Overlord fires A.O. Laser Cannon toward him. God Ginrai separates into Super Ginrai and Godbomber to avoid the laser, but Doubleclouder suddenly shows up and uses a mirror to reflect the laser. Ginrai takes the laser for the Headmaster Juniors who pilot Godbomber. The laser makes Ginrai injured and blinds him temporarily.
When the Decepticons are enjoy their victory, Doubleclouder asks them which place he can take. Overlord says he will take Qomolangma. Cancer makes fun of Clouder's beast mode by saying the place is suitable for a bird's nest. Mocking by the Decepticon, Doubleclouder rages so extremely that he decides to join the Autobots. He transforms into Autobot form and destroys Overlord's A.O. Laser Cannon immediately. He then goes to help Ginrai. Ginrai is surprised at the join of a new warrior.
Ginrai and Godbomber combine into God Ginrai. Autobot Headmaster Juniors guide Ginrai by telling him where the enemy exactly is. God Ginrai then successfully defeats Overlord and crushes Giga and Mega out of the Transtector.
Ginrai's eyes recover shortly after. He thanks Doubleclouder for his help. Doubleclouder replies that he will help them since now for the justice.
In Decepticon Headquarter, Giga thinks Clouder's leaving is because they didn't give Clouder enough love and concern. Mega comfort Giga that they could give Antactica to Clouder next time, making the Decepticon Headmaster Juniors jealous.
While in the Autobot Headquarter, Minerva cooks a bowlful of fried rice for Clouder.
In space, Devil Z is secretly upgrading Black Zarak. It is revealed that [[Scorponok (G1)#Japanese animated continuity|]], the former leader of Decepticon, is actually inside the chest of Black Zarak. While Black Zarak is actually a headless Headmaster.

- Russia is called "Soviet" in this episode because the manga was drawn in the year 1988, before the Dissolution of Soviet Union in the year 1991.
- God Ginrai uses the term "Bomber off" to separate into Super Ginrai and Godbomber.
- Godbomber has facial expression even though he is just a robot piloted by the Autobot Headmaster Juniors.
- God Ginrai's arm components are able to be launched like Mazinger Z's Rocket Punch.
- Blackzarak's identity is confirmed as Megazarak in this episode. Note that his identity was never confirmed in Masterforce anime during on air.
- How Autobots treat Clouder in Masterforce manga is extremely different from Masterforce anime. Look, Minerva even cooks for him! He is really a lucky boy.
