Steve Kramer (born December 24, 1950) is an American voice actor, writer, and voice director. Among his better-known roles are Cyclopter on Masked Rider, Darkonda on Power Rangers: In Space, Hiruzen Sarutobi/Third Hokage on Naruto, Wiseman/Death Phantom in the 2014 English redub of Sailor Moon and Sailor Moon Crystal, Shunsui Kyoraku in Bleach, Angelo Dante on Robotech, Dario Brando and Yoshihiro Kira on JoJo's Bizarre Adventure and Butler Tokioka on Gungrave. He has written for a number of programs, including Robotech, Samurai Pizza Cats, and SD Gundam Force.
