Tomokazu Sugita (杉田 智和 Sugita Tomokazu, born October 11, 1980) is a Japanese voice actor. He is arguably best known for the roles of Hideki Motosuwa in Chobits, OVER in Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo, Ragna the Bloodedge in the Blazblue series, Kyon in the Haruhi Suzumiya series, Gintoki Sakata in Gintama, Reisi Munakata in K, Rin Tsuchimi in Shuffle!, the younger Joseph Joestar in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, Taro Sakamoto in Sakamoto Days, Gundham Tanaka in Danganronpa, Chrom in Fire Emblem Awakening, Kazuhira Miller in the Metal Gear Solid, series & among many other prolific roles.

Dubbing wise he's the main dub voice of Kumail Nanjiani since dubbing him in The Eternals, other notable roles include Raleigh Becket in Pacific Rim, Billy the Blue Ranger in the 2017 Power Rangers film, Walter O'Brien on Scorpion, John Doe on Twisted Metal, Garfield/Garzooka in Garfield's Pet Force, High-Five in The Emoji Movie, Agent H in Men in Black: International, Cowboypool in Deadpool and Wolverine, Ray Palmer/Atom in the Arrowverse, and the Wizard in the Shazam duology.
