TV-Loonland is a German brand management company. In 2000, Loonland acquired Sunbow Productions from Sony Wonder and subsequently became the master license holder of several Hasbro television series, including The Transformers, as well as the Japanese spin-off series The Headmasters, Super God Masterforce and Victory.

On May 14, 2008, Hasbro announced it had reacquired the worldwide distribution rights of the television series featuring their characters (including Transformers and G.I. Joe) from TV-Loonland.[1]
