No thief walks free when Prowl's on the case!
Synopsis
[edit]Bumblebee takes a short break from patrol to enjoy a delicious snack, but Starscream swoops in from above and snatches it away! Luckily for Bumblebee, he comes across the Autobot policeman Prowl who asks him what's wrong. Bumblebee tells him what Starscream did, and Prowl immediately rolls out in pursuit of the Seeker with sirens blaring.
Starscream underestimates his flight-incapable opponent, but that's his mistake. Transforming to robot mode, Prowl takes aim and lands a direct hit on Starscream's hand, making him drop the snack! Prowl quickly subdues the thieving Seeker and trusses him up with ropes, successfully accomplishing his mission as a grateful Bumblebee gives him a big hug.

Notes
[edit]- This comic was published in the April/May/June 2023 issue of TV Magazine and advertised the Studio Series '86 Ironhide and Legacy Inferno figures.
- It was rerun as the August 2023 issue of the webcomic and advertised the Earthrise Prowl figure.
Transformers references
[edit]- In a spot of luck for the small children that somehow sourced the Galactic Odyssey two-pack for Ironhide back in November, Prowl debuts this issue in a slavishly toy accurate character model based on his exclusive Earthrise figure. Slavish, that is, with the prominent exception of a corrected head sporting Prowl's signature "ears," not unlike the part-swap with Prowl's earlier Siege figure everyone and their mother did back in 2020.
- The blast from Prowl's gun visibly bends under the traffic light to hit Starscream's hand, a reference to the "wire-guided incendiary missiles" from his G1 toy's bio.
- The later web reprint of the comic proceeded to literally advertise the three-year-old Earthrise figure for lack of any more recent Generations toys. Points for matching the comic, we guess.
