The Global Order Authority is a Decepticon human organization from Overgear.

The Global Order Authority (abbreviated GOA) is an international organization with the mission of safeguarding international order. At least, that's what they want you to think. In actuality, the organization is a secret front for the Decepticons on Earth, eliminating any threats to their operations on the planet. Most of the organization's members are unaware of this fact, but the executives in charge are Decepticon puppets, through and through. Get on their bad side, and the higher-ups might just send one of their enforcers to make sure you are "no longer a problem".
