Toshiyuki Morikawa (森川 智之 Morikawa Toshiyuki, born January 26, 1967) is a Japanese voice actor and singer. Some of his anime and video game roles include Naraku in InuYasha, Dio in Casshern Sins, Duke from Brave Police J-Decker, Walter from Brave of Gold Goldran, Griffith in Berserk, Yoshikage Kira in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, Mr. Bai Ji-Shin Chang in Black Lagoon, Isshin Kurosaki in Bleach, Shishiwakamaru in Yu Yu Hakusho, the titular character of Ninja Slayer from Animation, Sephiroth in the Final Fantasy VII spinoffs, and Dante in the Devil May Cry franchise.

In the world of dubbing, Morikawa has played Spider-Man in the 1994 Spider-Man cartoon, Venom in Spider-Man 3, Marshall Lee the Vampire King in Adventure Time, Emmet Brickowski and Superman in The LEGO Movie, Nick Wilde in Zootopia, and he regularly dubs for Keanu Reeves, Brad Pitt, Adam Sandler, Mark Wahlberg, Owen Wilson, Jude Law, Colin Farrell, Ewan McGregor (such as Obi-Wan Kenobi in Star Wars), and currently Tom Cruise after Hirotaka Suzuoki's death.

Along with Fumihiko Tachiki, he is part of the musical group 2HEARTS.
