Oliver Siebeck

Oliver Siebeck (b. March 1, 1961) is a German voice actor.

In addition to being the regular German voice of Mark Strong and Ray Stevenson, he serves as the long-running voice of Vegeta in the Dragon Ball franchise. His dubbing roles also include Agent Paul Kellerman in Prison Break, Dr. Herb Melnick in Two and a Half Men, Jeff Russell in Grey's Anatomy and Zeb Orrelios in Star Wars Rebels.
