Shanghai Public Security Bureau
The Shanghai Public Security Bureau(上海市公安局,Shàng hǎi shì gōng ān jú), a human organization from the movie continuity family, is under the jurisdiction of the Chinese police department of the Shanghai government. In addition to maintaining the laws and public safety of Shanghai, they also need to assist Autobots and NEST in resisting the invasion of the Decepticons.

In 2009, in order to help Autobots and NEST eliminate the Demolishor and Sideways hiding in Shanghai, the Shanghai Public Security Bureau dispatched multiple police officers and SWAT to evacuate residents near the chemical plant on the grounds of harmful gas leakage, ensuring that Autobots and NEST did not act secretly under the attention of the media and civilians. After nightfall, a Z-11 police helicopter guided NEST's convoy and Black Hawk helicopter into the battlefield.
