- Spike Witwicky's sister is a human from the 2005 IDW portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.
"Spike Witwicky's sister" is the sibling of Steven "Spike" Witwicky. She's also the daughter of Daniel "Sparkplug" Witwicky and his wife.

In a nightmare, Spike thought of his sister, saying he never had a chance to call her before being cooped up in Optimus Prime's trailer for a cooperative mission with the Autobots. Burning Chrome
A while later, after the death of Sparkplug, his frazzled wife was worried about what her daughter would think about her appearance. Spike reassured her by saying his sister would understand. Edge of the Earth
