Hank was playing football with Butch and some other kids when Russell arrived at the football field. She recognized the helmet he was wearing as originally belonging to Bronco Kowalski and joked that Butch's real name was Cynthia when he outed her real name. After Russell joined in the game and eventually left frustrated when they lost, she followed him back to the scrapyard and returned the helmet he'd dropped, inviting him to take part in football practice the next day. Following practice, she dropped by the scrapyard again to give him a pep talk and admired the dinosaur statue he was standing beside. During the eventual football match the next day, Hank distracted two of the opposing players by impersonating a chicken, allowing Russell to punt the ball over the goal, and afterwards asked if he played basketball. More than Meets the Eye
During another game, Butch hassled Russell for not catching a pass and at Hank's nudging, Russell stood up for himself. One of Our Mini-Cons Is Missing
Hank presented Russell with a spare Bronco Kowalski trading card, though Russell claimed he was unable to open the scrapyard gate as they were spraying for bugs. Concluding that Russell was weird, Hank left, though not before Fracture had spotted her. The Decepticon subsequently used a hologram of Hank to trick Russell into deactivating the scrapyard's security systems. Battlegrounds, Part 1
Hank was at the carnival when Grimlock dropped in accidentally. Impounded
Hank took part in a championship match, however her suggestion that Russell kick a goal backfired when the goal was blocked. King of the Hill (Part 1) Later in the match Russell told her he'd injured his ankle, so the team had to continue on until he felt better. He and Hank were able to successfully get a field goal kicked and the game was won. King of the Hill (Part 2)
