Can Rhinox help the others stop the rampage of a Starscream-possessed Waspinator?
Synopsis
[edit]Arcee again recaps the events thus far, from Starscream's possession of Waspinator to the meeting between Rhinox's ghost and Legends Rhinox.
In a field, Rhinox has a heart-to-heart talk with his small counterpart, saying he made a big mistake, betrayed his friends and went down the wrong path, something the local Rhinox can relate to. He believes his death was fully deserved, but tells Legends Rhinox that while he may harbor similar regrets about his past actions, he shouldn't dwell on them since he's still alive and has a future to look forward to. As he explains that his reason for coming to the Legends World was to reassure his alternate self over this, the two Rhinoxes' conversation is interrupted by an explosion at Metroplex, where Starscream has defeated the Rattraps and Ultra Magnus.
Rhinox joins the fight, ramming Waspinator so hard in rhino mode that Starscream's ghost is expelled from his body. Being a ghost himself, Rhinox is then able to defeat the incorporeal Decepticon with his Gatling guns, forcing him to return to the form of a spark and flee. Though he's happily reunited with Rattrap, he admits to his friend that he can't stay, as his destiny is to continue to the afterlife. It turns out he's mistaken, however, as Legends Rhinox brings him to his old Bonapar Island base and presents him with a perfectly replicated robot body to inhabit! Told by his tiny counterpart that he, too, has a future, Rhinox is revived and returns with Rattrap and Waspinator to their home universe, where he's reunited with the other Maximals.
