Longarm Prime is an Autobot in the Transformers Animated continuity family.

Longarm Prime is the head of Cybertron Intelligence, reporting to Ultra Magnus. He's an old classmate of Bumblebee's, knowing the little yellow Autobot from way back. He's well-named, as his adaptable limbs can telescope to great lengths.

When Bumblebee began to suspect that his other classmate Wasp was a Decepticon spy, he took his concerns to Longarm. Supportive of the little yellow recruit's suspicions, he encouraged Bumblebee to gather evidence and present it to Sentinel Minor. Unfortunately, all of Bumblebee's efforts only get him in worse trouble, and his fellow recruits begin to bully him, with Longarm being the only one to stick up for him. Finally Longarm finds out that Sentinel is about to conduct a surprise locker inspection, and informs Bumblebee that he'd best find his evidence before Sentinel does.

Years later Longarm is still in the service, having been promoted to the rank of Prime and head of Cybertron Intelligence. His old buddy Bumblebee tells him about the danger of a potential Autobot traitor, a matter which Longarm Prime promises to see to personally. Template:Autoboot Camp
