Events

[edit]

Part 1: Go with the Flow

[edit]

Metalhawk's Star Sabre starts to fluctuate in power, causing his fellow Autobots to grow concerned. The fluctuations are accompanied by the mysterious presence of another force that appears to be trying to pull the blade from his grip, a force with Alpha Trion suspects might be one of the Thirteen. Melody Keen decides to contact Vector Prime, while Optimus Prime sends Ultra Magnus and the Dinobots with Metalhawk on an investigation into the source of the fluctuations.

Part 2: Do Not Disturb

[edit]

The Dark Saber Mini-Cons begin to feel the same pull as Metalhawk, and the Terrorcons too think it might the work of another Prime. As they discuss what to do, Sideways enters the Primal Basilica offering his assistance. He tells them of something known as the Magnificence, a fount of knowledge which can answer all questions. Armada Megatron welcomes him to the team.

Part 3: Rules of Engagement

[edit]

The Autobots follow the Star Sabre. They arrive at another Primal Basilica, which Metalhawk and Ultra Magnus suspect might be the home of a Prime. Just when they're about to try and get their attention, they spot Armada Megatron's team and forced to prepare for a combat engagement.

Part 4: Hide n' Sea

[edit]
Main article: Hide n' Sea

Megatron's group of Terrorcons reaches the end of their journey, which turns out to be the Primal Basilica. They spot the Autobots and prepare to fight them, with Megatron devising a plan to best Metalhawk in single combat to win the Star Sabre.

Part 5: Prime Suspect

[edit]

The Autobots at HQ spectate the goings-on outside the Basilica and reluctantly agree to not intervene, as doing so would violate the Autobot Code. In the field, Ultra Magnus orders the Dinobots to do the same, but also to keep an eye on the spectating Terrorcons in case they try anything funny. Sure enough, they do concoct a plan to fight them, but everything—including Metalhawk and Megatron's duel—comes to a pause when the doors to the Basilica open, confirming its inhabitant to be Prima Prime.

Part 6: Prime of Primes

[edit]
Main article: Prime of Primes

Prima's visitors introduce themselves to him, and he demands that Metalhawk and Megatron surrender their Artifacts to him. Ultra Magnus attempts to reason with him, explaining the whole "new Age of Primes" situation and Megatronus Prime's involvement, but this just gives him more reasons to take the sacred blades. Their wielders agree to fight him together, but before their battle, Vector Prime appears to convince his brother to stand down. They leave so Prima can be caught up, and the Terrorcons make a tactical retreat.

Notes

[edit]
  • This saga was initially slated to run for 4 weeks, however new additions to the game's development team resulted in the saga getting extended to 6 weeks.
  • Despite the game files stating that the two subsequent events following Prima's debut were part of this saga, story dialogue from "Fan the Flames" would instead put them as part of the next saga instead (which, plot-wise, certainly makes more sense).
