To resurrect his universe, Shockwave brings back Unicron.
Synopsis
Millions of years ago in the Galaxy Force World, Primus is aided in his plans of Transformer colonization by a team of Autobots from another universe led by Optimus Prime. With the visitor's spaceship technology and the Cyber Planet Keys derived from Primus's spark, they seek to bring together all sentient beings across space. While the disappearance of Gigantion ended the Space Bridge Project proper, all four spaceships landed on their proper planets and the colonists on all developed a vibrant culture that enures to this day. Optimus Prime helped found Velocitron and is now in permanent rest somewhere...
In the present day, Shockwave has revealed himself as the mastermind behind the Nemesis's transformation into Nemesis Prime using the remnant of Unicron's power from his destroyed universe that he seeks to bring back by resetting this world. With his Terrorcons mass-produced by Nemesis Prime's Wheelhouse trailer, Shockwave gathers energy and seeks out Optimus Prime, whom he has not found on the other planets, so he concludes he must be on Velocitron. He forces his new servant to hand over the Heart of Cybertron, which has been refashioned into a Matrix, as the Decepticon intended. The Terrorcons alert their master to their discovery of the Autobot leader in stasis lock underground. Knowing of Optimus's transformation into the mighty Star Convoy, Shockwave instigates a similar transformation by implanting the Unicron orb with the energy accumulated by the Terrorcons. Optimus Prime's body glows and expands, and the rechristened "Nemesis Star Convoy" emerges from the ground!
The alarmed Clocker identifies the new entity as sharing the same wicked energy as the Grand Black Hole which threatened the universe, and Jolt informs the others that Primus has confirmed the giant as the powered up form of the "missing ancient warrior", who Motormaster takes as his eternal rival from his own world. Metroplex takes on Nemesis Star Convoy, despite lacking his Sparkdrinker axe, and is summarily taken down by the dark warrior's Chaos Bringer cannon. To help in the battle, Hot Shot activates his Cyber Key power, revealing that Primus has endowed them with new color change upgrades, becoming Fire Hot Shot. Motormaster, having come to this world to find such power, notes that this wasn't from either an evil god's power or from forestonite. Before he can mull things further, the two are accosted by the corrupted modules of Optimus Prime—his trailer (reconfigured as a Micro Trailer) and Roller. Roller traps Hot Shot between his halves while the Micro Trailer has a head-on collision with Motormaster in his truck form. Stunticons Dead End, Drag Strip, and Breakdown help out their leader by taking out the Micro Trailer, but the formerly attached cannon continues talking and attaches to the Micro Carrier, blasting intense firepower everywhere. Inside the abandoned Micro Trailer, the Stunticons find some fake forestonite, and, as Nemesis Star Convoy pulls out the Heart of Cybertron Gun, Motormaster realizes they were lured here solely to bring the Nemesis's power core, the Heart of Cybertron, to this world.
Satisfied enough with his creation's display of power, Shockwave has the evil Convoy unleash his Nemesis Star Meteor Fire attack in base mode to ravage the planet before leaving to attack the G1 World in search for even greater power.

Notes
Continuity notes
- The presence of Generation 1 Optimus Prime and friends is based on the reuse of their character models as representing the founders of the Transformer colonies in the Cybertron episode "Balance". While just cute cameos then, this story establishes that, at least in the Galaxy Force World, they are actually said characters from another universe, although it's yet to be confirmed that they originate from the familiar G1 World.
- Shockwave holds Unicron's spark, as shown in "The Sun". This spark is stated to be the source of the dark fog that showed up in the previous chapter and used by Megatron in Cybertron. Unicron's spark is powered up by the Terrorcon's collected energies into a red form, similar to how it became part of the red Super Energon sun in Energon.
- Shockwave utilizes the Terrorcons from Energon, this time represented by repurposes of Generations Armada Nemesis Prime, hinting at the Unicronian connection both Nemesis Prime and the Terrorcons have.
- The Nemesis possessing the Heart of Cybertron was established in "Microbots". Its Matrix-like form derives from Missing Link Nemesis Prime, a redeco of Missing Link Convoy and his accompanying Matrix.
Transformers references
- Galaxy Force Primus speaking as a head on the wall probably owes something to the iconic introduction of Marvel Primus in "Yesterday's Heroes!"
- Blades, Armorhide, Swerve, Backtrack, and Spiral (in their Galaxy Force "Sullow" and "Gagenda" identities who were likely not meant to be the same characters as the Armada Mini-Cons as in Cybertron) are shown as initial colonists of Velocitron. Blades is a repurpose of Universe Blades, who was a redeco of Cybertron Evac, while the other four never made appearances in Japanese media.
- Optimus Prime ends up in a coffin similar to that used for the dead Optimus in "Ruination Chapter, Part Two".
- The Terrorcons collecting energy within their toy-based Matrices is similar to the Doomstone of Nemesis Prime in Linkage.
- Shockwave inserting Unicron into Optimus Prime's inert body is visually based on Sky Garry inserting the Zodiac into Optimus Prime as shown in the Battlestars story pages.
- Nemesis Star Convoy's chest cannon being called the Chaos Bringer is derived from Armada Unicron's own chest cannon being called such.
- Hot Shot (in this case Exillion) upgrading into "Fire Exillion" is a reference to Super Link Hotshot's powered up form being "Hotshot Fire" ("Energon Hot Shot" in Energon). This upgraded form is represented by the Age of the Primes Excellion toy.
- Roller and "Container" explaining themselves as modules of Optimus Prime is a callback to the mostly ignored idea of the Autobot leader having three components to his physical form.
