When you're in the state of New Jersey, do NOT go to the Pine Barrens. Nobody that's gone in there has come back out alive, and there are stories of terrifying creatures that lurk within its creepy tracts of scrubland and towering trees.

Generation 1 cartoon
The Decepticons created a facility here, planning to convert hundreds of regular cars into drone warriors. However, the Autobot Tracks and his friend Raoul followed them by having Tracks disguise himself as one of the stolen cars. After almost getting slagged in the facility, Tracks escaped into the wilderness. Tracks was rescued by his fellow Autobots, who then engaged in full scale assault, destroying the facility.
