Twister is one of many power-enhancing Mini-Cons scattered across the Earth. Specifically, Twister is discovered in the Deep Amazon region.
Twister is a member of the Blue Mini-Con Team. When Powerlinxed to a larger Transformer, Twister generates powerful Energon tornadoes that hurl enemies into the air. Twister's fate is unknown following the final battle with Unicron.
