Failsafe is a Mini-Con from the video game version of the Unicron Trilogy.
Failsafe is one of many power-enhancing Mini-Cons scattered across the Earth. Specifically, Failsafe is discovered on the Pacific island.
Failsafe is a member of the Green Mini-Con Team. When Powerlinxed to a larger Transformer, Failsafe fires missiles that can track opponents over long distances and deliver massive damage. Failsafe's fate is unknown following the final battle with Unicron.
