Fullspeed is one of many power-enhancing Mini-Cons scattered across the Earth. Specifically, Fullspeed is discovered on the Pacific island.
Fullspeed is a member of the Gold Mini-Con Team. When Powerlinxed to a larger Transformer, Fullspeed supercharges that Transformer's system, allowing for three bursts of incredible speed. Fullspeed's fate is unknown following the final battle with Unicron.
