Light Unit
Light Units are a type of Decepticlone from the Transformers (PS2) video game.
Light Units (also referred to as "Fodder Units" and "Foddercons" by fans) are the most common "foot soldier" variety of Decepticlone in the early levels of the game. Light Units are the weakest humanoid-shaped type with minimal armor and firepower, they also possess only rudimentary intelligence and combat skill. They are only effective in groups, and really only with a Medium or Command Unit to give orders; should their squad leader be destroyed, Light Units have a tendency to panic.
Light Units are equipped with a small laser-blaster in place of their right hand, this is the only weapon they possess, making them a fairly minimal threat. However, once a target is spotted, Light Units will not waver from firing at them; this means that, if ignored, a Light Unit can chip away at an Autobot's health bar.
Toy
The Light Unit model is the base for the only currently-existing Decepticlone toy, from the Transformers Attacktix series.
