Though there is no reference to Ohio in the episode, Cleveland, Ohio is the closest Cleveland to Detroit.

The following events occur in an alternate timeline/continuity where Megatron won the battle of Mission City.

Barricade tore up part of Cincinnati, as part of a punitive campaign against America-Autobot relations. Revolution Part 1

Shortly after this, a huge force of Decepticons under Hardtop advanced towards Cincinnati, with Ohio's police force unable to engage or knowing what to do. Luckily, Stockade's "New Decepticons" intervened and reprogrammed Hardtop's drones, turning the invading force into a friendly one. Revolution Part 2
