Cleveland is the butler to Stanford Merriweather and his daughter, Kitty Merriweather.

Hearts of Steel

The inventor Tobias Muldoon was working with the Decepticons under the false impression that they wanted to advance scientific knowledge for the benefit of mankind. When Tobias found out that the Decepticons really wanted to subjugate the planet, he deserted and found his way to Stanford and Kitty's house for help. Cleveland answered the door and took his coat. The house was later invaded by Ravage and suffered a natural gas explosion, but it appears Cleveland made it out alright. Hearts of Steel issue 2
