Category talk:Mail-in promotions

I think this kind of needs to be a category, but I'm not sure how to populate it - this is all the stuff you had to send in UPCs and whatnot for, so Pepsi Prime and Cookie Crisp Jazz clearly count, but what aobut all the Hasbro mail-order stuff?
