He can see you.

Clocker was a champion racer back on Cybertron many centuries ago, running at breakneck speeds to the cheering crowds. Clocker put his considerable talents to the Autobot cause, hoping that once the war was over and peace returned, he could go back to his true passion and race laps once again with his buddies.

Well, that's the "race laps once again" plan slagged...

Clocker and Jazz were being pursued by Bonecrusher, with Jazz half-dead due to not protecting his Spark Core properly - he would've been fully dead if Clocker hadn't saved him. Clocker ordered him to flee while he fought the enemy — the condition Jazz was in, "you're more hindrance than help to me". Clocker's shots barely affected Bonecrusher and by the time reinforcements arrived, he had been killed. Lost In Space 4: Jazz

Millions of years later, Clocker was a member of the Autobot underground resistance. He was the first Autobot to greet Arcee after her arrival on Cybertron; though she was at first surprised to see him, he later revealed that several Autobots were with him, and planning a raid on the temple at Simfur to save Elita-One, Signal Flare, Warpath, and Grindcore. Clocker accompanied Arcee, Crosshairs, Skyblast and Armorhide to the Simfur temple while the others attacked Trypticon as a diversion. When Dreadwing betrayed Starscream, Clocker suggested that Breakway's team shut down Dreadwing's drone army. During the subsequent battle between Starscream's loyalists and Dreadwing's traitors, Clocker and the Autobots fought their way through the warring Decepticons and linked up with Breakaway and Wingblade's team. They escaped just in time as the crippled Nemesis exploded over the city. The defeat of the Decepticons became the turning point of the war. The Reign of Starscream Issue Number Five

Part of the second wave of Target exclusive Scouts, Clocker is a redeco of the Cybertron-series Clocker toy, transforming into a Cybertronic open-topped race car, complete with driver's and passenger's seats. Plugging a Cyber Planet Key into his rear assembly pops up a pair of thrusters with pull-out non-firing blaster barrels. This assembly becomes a hand-held weapon for robot mode. He also has a pair of removable side-pipes that can also be used as hand-weapons. He comes with a silver-bordered, black-plastic Speed Planet-style Cyber Key.
This mold was also used to make Cybertron Swerve, and retooled to make the Timelines versions of "Axalon Cheetor" and "Unit 2" Tigatron. The mold was also used as the basis for the non-toy Maximal Command Security Force members.
