At the very end, Optimus Prime is shown wearing the large piece of AllSpark which Jazz and Prowl pulled together on a chain around his neck, in a container strongly resembling the Autobot Matrix of Leadership.

Even at this late stage, new faces still appear in the crowd scene on Cybertron. Seaspray can be seen from the rear, while yet another robot with the Bumblebee body-type (this one yellow, and with a helmet based upon the original Generation 1 Bumblebee toy) appears prominently as everyone reacts to Omega Supreme's transformation.
