The Council is the governing body responsible for the Nova Suspension Bridge. There are both male and female Councilors.

The Council convened to decide the fate of Sideswipe after his apparent destruction of the Nova Suspension Bridge. Councilor Crabtree, using a large cardboard standee to represent Sideswipe, argued against his favor.
