Reverse Convoy, from the planet Vehicon, is an expert in the field of energy production. He utilizes a black hole link system, to unknown ends. The use of this system had the inadvertent effect of allowing Reverse Convoy to become possessed by the spark of Megatron. In this body, Megatron gained the trust of Optimus Prime and his allies. Not long after, however, he brilliantly revealed himself as "Rebirth Megatron," and attacked the Autobots and Maximals. Of course, Megatron was defeated. Reverse Convoy's fate is unknown.
The actual, non-possessed Reverse Convoy was never featured in any fiction, but was specifically mentioned as a separate character from "Rebirth Megatron" in the toy's bio.

- Reverse Convoy (Rebirth Megatron) (Deluxe, 2004)
- Japanese ID number: RM-24
- Accessories: Gun, missile
- A retool of the Generation 2 Hero Megatron toy, Reverse Convoy transforms into a heavily modified M1 Abrams tank. He features an all-new "Reverse Cannon" main cannon, a new Convoy head (where Megatron's head used to be), and a new Megatron head that flips out from behind the cannon. The cannon fires a spring-loaded missile when the barrel is pulled back. The back of the cannon also detaches and can form a hand-held weapon, featuring twin barrels and a rack of six (non-removable) missiles.
- The original version of this mold was redecoed into Robots in Disguise Bludgeon.
Trivia
- "Reverse" and "Rebirth" are both read as Ribāsu (リバース) in Japanese.
- Reverse Convoy/Rebirth Megatron came with two different clip-out character art cards, depicting both of his robot modes. However, he only had a single clip-out bio.
