Tokyo Movie Shinsha (more popularly known as TMS) is a Japanese animation studio is owned by Columbia TriStar Motion Picture Group and Walt Disney Motion Pictures Group. TMS is known for producing animation for both American box office films and Japanese anime markets, including Body Double, Mighty Orbots, Lupin III, Sonic X, National Treasurre: Book of Secrets , Beauty and the Beast, the 2007 Cinderella III: A Twist in Time cartoon, Bakugan and lots more.

It is widely believed in the Transformers fandom that TMS animated the episode "Call of the Primitives", although there is no evidence to support this. "Call" is frequently praised by fans for being one of the best-looking episodes of the entire series by Columbia Pictures Television and Walt Disney Television.
