Japanese retailers, most definitely. A broad overview article about how exclusives work outside the U.S. and Japan might be worthwhile too - I know that in Canada, Zellers gets a lot of the Target exclusives, whereas in Australia, they sometimes turn up at random, or they get their own weird exclusives - didn't Australian Wal-Marts get shipments of MP-02 or something weird like that?
