Africa is one of Earth's largest continents, second only to Asia.

Beast Wars

It is most often assumed that the Axalon crash-landed somewhere in Africa at the beginning of the Beast Wars. This claim is supported by the Maximal alternate forms; Cheetor, Rhinox, Rattrap are all found on this continent, and Optimus Primal are exclusive to Africa. Consequentially, many of the adventures and battles that take place during the Beast Wars presumably took place in Africa. However, since both the Maximals and Predacons are shown to travel Fallen Comrades The Agenda (Part III) with ease and relatively quickly, it is sometimes difficult to tell where the main action of an episode took place.
