- This is the Latest Autobot/Decepticon Chain of Command!
- Illustrated by: Ban Magami
The new chains of command are introduced.
For the Autobots, Rodimus Prime is the new Supreme Commander. Beneath him, Ultra Magnus commands the Scramble City teams, the Aerialbots and the Protectobots. Then there are other subgroups, such as the Dinobots, Triple Changers, Minibots, Autobot Mini-Cassettes, Junkions, Autobot Cars and Female Transformers, who are all commanded by Jazz.
For the Decepticons, Galvatron is the new Emperor of Destruction. Beneath him, Cyclonus commands Scourge and his Sweeps as well as the remaining Seekers. Cyclonus also commands the Dinobase teams, the Stunticons and the Combaticons. Cyclonus has additional authority over the Decepticon Triple Changers, the Constructicons and the Insecticons (who are listed as independents). However, Soundwave and the Decepticon Mini-Cassettes report directly to Galvatron. Galvatron also bears authority over the Quintessons, who in turn command the Sharkticons and the Predacons.

- The Great Decepticon Counter Offensive!
- Illustrated by: Studio Ox
The threat of the newly reorganized Decepticons is revealed. They have added a new group to their team, the Battlechargers Runabout and Runamuck. The Sharkticons are described as the "pride of the Quintessons" and often team up with the Decepticons. Galvatron's other troops, such as Cyclonus, Scourge, the Sweeps and the Predacons, also increase the threat of the Decepticons.
- Will the Autobots Triumph?
- Illustrated by: ???
The Autobots are caught in a battle with Bruticus. They have underestimated the strength of the Decepticons' many combiner warriors, which is a mistake that will cost them.
- The Ultimate Decepticon Combiner Soldier. This is Predaking!
- Illustrated by: Studio Ox
Hoping to continue the success of Devastator, Menasor and Bruticus, the Decepticons have teamed up with the Quintessons to build their newest combiner, Predaking.
- A Mysterious Decepticon Soldier Appears. He is the Colossal Cannon Soldier Guiltaur!
- Illustrated by: Ban Magami
The Decepticons have once again teamed with the Quintessons and created Guiltaur, a mammoth soldier combining the powers of Optimus Prime and Megatron. The Quintessons obtained Optimus Prime's specifications when they brought him back from the dead as a zombie in the past. Guiltaur is built from the same Cybertonium alloys which made Prime so resilient. On top of that, his "Destrogun" is modeled after Megatron's gun-mode but powered up intensely. When he combines his shoulder artillery, Active Revolver and Destrogun, he can create the all-powerful "Bazooka Storm" attack.
Can the Autobots hope to defeat him!?
- The Secrets of Super Car Mode
- Illustrated by: Ban Magami
Up until now, the Autobots typically adopted vehicle modes based on modern Earth vehicles. Now, however, they have taken to becoming "super cars". The reason for this is because they are often active on other planets, and these are merely how the vehicles on other planets look.
