Alternity

Welp, scanned the one I could, and added it to the Power Plans category. As you can see, they follow the format pretty directly from the old Action Masters ones, with a dash of Beast Wars thrown in.--Rosicrucian^Talk 02:09, 7 July 2009 (EDT)
