Talk:Crown
From MediaWiki
I like this page - I don't see why it shouldn't exist. It has fiction, it has a toy, we've made pages for less. --Jimsorenson 01:54, 27 July 2009 (EDT)
- It would be better as a page on Transformer crowns in general, since Grimlock also wore one (which is apparently going to be sold with one version of the Masterpiece toy). Plus the Unicron Trilogy Starscream had one in Cybertron... I wouldn't be surprised if even more examples appeared once we made a place for them.
- Incidentally, though, as much as I'm flattered by my art getting referenced, the complete lack of a crown kind of makes it irrelevant on this page.

- IIRC, the Cybertron crown was specifically dubbed the "Decepticon Crown of Leadership" on Supreme Starscream's packaging, which, as a distinctly-named object, should mean that it warrants its own separate page... oh, hrm. I just dug the packaging out, and it's actually capitalized as "DECEPTICON crown of leadership". I'm, uh, not sure what to make of that. --Monzo 04:17, 27 July 2009 (EDT)
- Isn't all-caps-ing their trademarked terms in the packaging text pretty much Hasbro's standard procedure? --KilMichaelMcC 05:23, 27 July 2009 (EDT)
