This character has no official visual representation in any Transformers product or media... yet, at least.
Professor Arkeville is a scientist and inventor with a trio of interns and a strong suspicion of the military. He has a cybernetic arm and eye (and possibly other parts) for unknown reasons. Whether those reasons are related to the reason President Colton is aware of him is also unknown.
He's recently allied himself and his interns to a group of friendly giant robots from outer space.
