The Battle for Planet Earth is a series of 4 audio adventures released by Pickwick International in the United Kingdom in 1985. These are audio-only stories.

All 4 stories take place in the same continuity, one after another, over a period of a few weeks.

Stories

Terror of Mount Sheela

The Autobots (Optimus Prime, Sideswipe, Gears, Huffer and Jazz) and their human friends John and Tim investigate a volcano in South America to see if they can use it for power. The Decepticons (Megatron, Soundwave, Buzzsaw, Rumble, Laserbeak, Skywarp and Starscream) follow to learn what they are up to. The Decepticons try to capture the humans to learn about the volcano.

Trivia

  • Soundwave and Starscream are mis-identified as "Soundwarp" and "Starshriek" at one point.
  • Laserbeak, Buzzsaw and Ravage speak in this story.
