- The Trakkons are a Decepticon subgroup from the Generation 1 and Generation 2 portions of the Generation 1 continuity family.
The Trakkons are a Decepticon duo armed with large gun platforms that can be mounted on their alternate modes. They consist of:
The Trakkons' counterparts on the Autobot team are the Lightformers.
Toys
Generation 1
- Released towards the end of the European Generation 1 toyline, the Trakkons shared a large artillery platform gimmick with the Lightformers. These platforms used a combination of light-piping and gears to simulate two beams of laser fire striking your target if you looked through their targeting scopes.
Generation 2
- This Trakkons were repackaged for Generation 2, identical to their original releases other than being packed in Generation 2-themed blister cards instead of boxes.
