"Kimi wa Transformer" (君はトランスフォーマー, translated as "You Are a Transformer") was the ending theme song for The Headmasters. It was sung by Hironobu Kageyama, Takamune Negishi on composition, arrangement by Katsunori Ishida, and Keisuke Yamakawa on lyrics.

Trivia
- Hardhead does his own version of this song when he consumes too much energon. The Shadow Emperor, Scorponok
- The second verse plays a bit on Japanese onomatopoeia, words that mimic sounds. "Shu shu" can be approximated to the hissing sound steam makes, tying with "SL" meaning "steam locomotive". "Nosshi nosshi", or "noshi noshi" (のしのし), means "in heavy steps", which is appropriate for larger dinosaurs.
