The Decepticons steal all of the Autobots' fuel. DOOM.

Synopsis

"Roll out the barrel..."

The Autobots are fending off a Decepticon attack. Huffer, Hound, Cliffjumper, and Optimus Prime drive away Laserbeak and the Seekers. While the Decepticons lick their wounds, the Autobots continue repairs on their damaged spaceship, hoping to return to Cybertron.

Optimus Prime and Sparkplug Witwicky depart in search of necessary equipment to repair the ship, at which point Ravage steals all of the Autobots' fuel supply! Megatron gloats—with Prime away on a voyage and the rest of the Autobots running on empty, victory is in their clutches. The Autobots attempt to send Windcharger to search for more gas, but it's too late; the Decepticons strike the weakened Autobots, and carnage ensues.

In the nick of time, Prime and Sparkplug return with barrels of gasoline. The Autobots drink up rather quickly and send the Decepticons packing. The day is won!

Notes

Hahahahahah, awesome.
  • The cover advertises the title as The Revenge of the Decepticons, while the title page reads Revenge of the Decepticons.
  • On the first page, Huffer gives Cliffjumper's dialogue, and Hound responds... as Optimus Prime!
  • Megatron's appearance here is based on his early animation model, with the black helmet and bazooka-like cannon. Everyone else is more-or-less on-model.
  • Sunstreaker is red. Brawn is yellow. So... SIRBIY?
  • What happened to the special parts Prime was going to look for?
  • At one point, Prime is depicted mid-transformation, as a semi cab with a robot head poking out the top.
  • Ravage steals ALL OF THE AUTOBOTS' FUEL SUPPLY. AND NOBODY NOTICES. Holy crap!
