Errors
- The Autobots' ship is said to be deep underwater—except that it's clearly shown in the side of a mountain.
Items of note
- Primus is stated to be the first Transformer who gave the Matrix of Leadership to Optimus Prime, rather than it being handed down through the Prime lineage.
- Bumblebee's robot form is based on his G1 form, except he transforms into a vehicle mode quite similar to Movie Bumblebee's, complete with racing stripes.
- Optimus Prime's vehicle mode is his original form, only now with a long nose.
- Prowl and Laserbeak did get Robot Heroes toys made, yet these were not released.
- Drift and Ratchet were not stated to get Robot Heroes toys.
- Soundwave is described as transforming into a boombox, yet his alternate mode is still his original microcassette recorder form.
- The Autobots' three human allies aren't based on any previous human characters, although the kid in the pink t-shirt does share Buster Witwicky's taste in clothing.
