Diego Jourdan

I removed his name from the credits, cause as far as I can tell he didn't work on it. Despite Amazon, Barnes and Noble and so on crediting him as an author, his name doesn't appear in the book, and Chris Ryall's blog post on it mentions the artists, but not Jourdan. --abates 03:24, 31 July 2013 (EDT)
