Have you seen me?

_{This character or person needs some sort of visual representation. If you have one, please replace this.}

A geek's geek, Dial-Tone built his own crystal radio set by 10, joined a CB network by 14, and had his own ham radio station operational by 16, all of which was accomplished using equipment that he made from scratch. He stands as the team's elite communications operative and unofficial weapons tech, but is also pretty handy to have in a fight.

Nerds of the world, rejoice!
