So, Botcon 2009... early leaks showed her toy using the flawed Galaxy Force head sculpt rather than the corrected Hasbro one. Was this rectified on the actual release? --Detour 02:09, 6 June 2009 (EDT)

Pretty please?

There's a couple of pages I'd like to see become featured. This is one of them. Far as I can see, it's only lacking the following:

  • A good intro, but *I* suck at writing those.
  • Information on several voice actors and non-English names (her Chinese name is 艾丽塔, but heck if I know how to romanize or translate that)
  • Whatever information might be in the scripts + that white area on her MC Axis box that I am guessing is a bio.

Not that much, I'd think, and little to prevent a FA status. Two other things I'd like adjusted are the Ariel image - possibly to become a composit of screenshots so her whole body can be shown, and the note about Diamond Toys' view on her altmode. Is it me, or did DS make up the back of Elita's altmode? The look doesn't match the details the cartoon gave her. Not that it's therefor less official, but right now the note makes it sound like DS had Elita's model sheets and carefully copied the altmode as seen on the bust from there, which I'm certain they didn't. The problem with writing a longer intro to Elita One's page is that all of her depictions are pretty different. Even the one we have now is very cartoon-heavy. It makes a little sense, as that's where she first showed up as she's a cartoon-originating character, but she's been in most G1 continuities by now, so her two-episode cartoon appearance is, by now, a really small fraction of her accumulated fiction. A new into can basically say only that she's a pink female robot without marginalizing most of her portrayals. --ItsWalky 16:05, 25 January 2010 (EST)
Anyway, I gave it a try. It's not the most eloquent of intros, but, uh, I think it's mostly her fault. --ItsWalky 18:56, 25 January 2010 (EST)
I thank you for the attempt (I know it is difficult (though the colour remark was very uncalled for))... but compared, I do like the old one better. If I recall correctly, we agreed about half a year ago in regards to the Omnibots not to go continuity-specific in the intro. Ah, well, I'll see later if I can unify your additions a little better.
