Jeffrey Combs (born September 9, 1954) is a film and voice actor. A horror movie icon, Combs is best recognized as Herbert West in the Re-Animator trilogy. He's also been in such horror films as From Beyond, Necronomicon and Castle Freak. Among many voice acting roles, he has voiced the Scarecrow in The New Batman Adventures, the Question in Justice League Unlimited and that really creepy janitor guy in Super Robot Monkey Team Hyper Force Go.

Combs is also well known for playing a variety of characters on three Star Trek TV series, that of Deep Space Nine, Voyager, and Enterprise.
