After the success of Operation Liberation, 34-year old Henry Lanson was one of the so-called "Magnificent Seven" humans selected to travel to and explore Cybertron on board the Ark II.

Unfortunately the Ark II exploded shortly after its June 24th, 1999 lift-off, killing everybody on board, including Lanson.Prime Directive issue 1
