Akio Ohtsuka (大塚 明夫 Ohtsuka Akio) is a Japanese voice actor born November 24, 1959 in Tokyo. His gruff, manly voice has been utilized for a great number of characters, including Solid Snake in Metal Gear Solid, Batou in Ghost in the Shell, Anavel Gato in Mobile Suit Gundam 0083 and the titular surgeon of Black Jack. In Japanese dubbing, he often dubs over the likes of Antonio Banderas, Steven Seagal and Nicolas Cage.

He is the son of voice actor Chikao Ohtsuka, and was for a time married to voice actress Yoko Soumi.
