Marvel Comics continuity

Somewhere in Pennsylvania, Burn-Out thought it would be a good idea to stroll through a carnival with a shotgun and a variety of other offensive gear. Upon spying a Z Foundation game called "Reck the Robot", he whipped out his shotgun and let loose. Rather than arrest this maladjusted miscreant, the carny directed him to the Z Foundation headquarters in New York.

Soon the antisocial Burn-Out was rubbing elbows with three other bounty-hunters, Roadhog Horton, Felix and Skunge. Burn-Out and the others were offered large cash rewards to hunt down three Autobots, and given a device called a jammer to aid in their apprehension. Burn-Out blasted a hole through Fizzle's windshield, then chucked the jammer onto the hapless Autobot's dashboard. His colleagues, now calling themselves the Roadjammers, fared equally well.

Despite being captured, the Autobots convinced the Roadjammers that the Z Foundation were in league with the Decepticons. Upon returning to the Z Foundation, Burn-Out and the other Roadjammers found three headless Decepticon bodies in the parking lot, confirming their suspicions. When their employers revealed their true nature as Headmasters and combined with the bodies to form Fangry, Horri-Bull and Squeezeplay, they were instantly incapacitated by Felix, who had successfully duplicated the jammer technology. Finally, the secretive head of the Z Foundation made an appearance to reveal that he too was a closet Decepticon and summoned the mighty Scorponok to dispose of the Roadjammers once and for all. They were saved by Felix's ingenuity as he remote-controlled Sizzle, Fizzle, Backstreet and the Decepticon Headmasters to defeat Scorponok by sheer weight of numbers, causing Mr. Z to activate his anti-jammer. No longer incapacitated, the Autobots drove the Roadjammers to safety but once they had left, Felix revealed to Burn-Out and the others that he had managed to construct another jammer. Having finally found some people as crazy as himself, Burn-Out was eager for the Roadjammers to be back in business. Ca$h and Car-nage!
