Transformers: Prime will air on The Hub in late 2010.

Susan Blu is the casting director (and likely voice director) for the series. Michael Bell and David Sobolov have auditioned for parts. Bell auditioned for Ratchet and "General Fowler."[1]

According to his official fansite, Jeffrey Combs will be voicing the role of Ratchet and there are 26 episodes scheduled for the first season.[2]

The series will have Alex Kurtzman and Roberto Orci as executive producers, and the cartoon is described as "cg-animated". [3] Alongside Kurtzman and Orci, one of the "show runners" is Jeff Kline.[4]

Digitalscape has announced on their website that they would be responsible for the CG production. [5]

It is not yet known which continuity family the series will take place in, but it has been revealed that it will follow on from the back-story set up by the upcoming War for Cybertron video game and its tie-in book, Exodus: The Official History of the War for Cybertron.[citation needed]
